Residential & commercial lettings

The Estates Management section handles all property lease transactions on behalf of the University of Reading. The section’s responsibilities extend to commercial leasing and non-student residential lettings. We currently manage approximately 100 commercial and 150 residential lettings, occupying premises across all of the University’s Estates.

The diverse nature of the University's estate enables us to offer a wide selection of residential properties in terms of size, facilities and location and thus cater for most requirements.
