Portal Access

The procedure to obtain a user name and password for FMD portal access is set out below

Stage One

Obtain a University of Reading username and password by completing the form HERE.

Instructions for completing this form can be found HERE.

The completed form can be scanned and emailed to FMDIT@reading.ac.uk
or
Delivered by post or in person to:
FMD IT Team, FMD Building, University of Reading, Whiteknights, Reading, Berks, RG6 6BW

It takes about 2 days to process this applications, but can take longer at busy periods.

Stage Two

The IT team will contact you once we have your username. You will then need to complete the form HERE once per each portal you need to access.

Information about each portal's content and the logon pages can be found HERE.

Upon submit this form send emails to portal supervisors, who will give the necessary authorisation and to the FMD IT team. An email will be sent out with an initial password once access has been approved.
